Grant Hearts Superman

inspired by the recent release of All Star Superman, Vol. 2 in Trade Paper Back, CBR's Timothy Callahan looks at the chronology of Superman as told by Grant Morrison in the pages of All Star Superman, Animal Man, Doom Patrol and more here.
Callahan writes an interesting analysis of Morrison's treatment of the original superhero. All-Star Superman is the closest Superman has come to the opus-level writing Batman received in Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns and Batman: Year One, so taking a second to line up and overlap moments from Morrison's other books like JLA and DC 1,000,000 was a great idea!
