The black Green Lantern helps break his peeps out of jail or something...

Here's the sales pitch:
“UPRISING” part 2! As the Corps reels from the Battle for Mogo, John Stewart leads a team of Green Lanterns into the heart of enemy territory on a desperate rescue mission to save the Lanterns abducted by the Durlans and the Khund. This prison break is like nothing you’ve ever seen before! And as the Durlans train their sights on the next battlefield in the war, a long-lost member of the Corps returns! Continued from this month’s GREEN LANTERN #31!

Real talk: That dude Bernard Chang is KILLING the art on Green Lantern Corps.  I haven't really heard too many people praising this comic, but I hope the members of this creative team are getting their due. John Stewart is looking like a boss in this book without taking away the ensemble feel. So appropriate since he was a military man before becoming a Lantern. As a side note, I love that Mike Allred cover. I'm not into 60's nostalgia, but Mike Allred's art makes anything seem like fun.

Anyways, Green Lantern Corps # 31 is in stores now, so handle that.
peace...
