"To tell the truth, we were more influenced by Spike Lee than Shakespeare" Joel Dos Reis Viegas @SteambotStudios

"In a world torn by gender wars, Lesya and Kenzell must learn to unite and defy all the rules in order to expose the truth."
In the futuristic urban sprawl Viegas and the other geniuses at Steambot imagine, a sexually transmitted virus has lead to the outlawing of sexual activity and segregation of the sexes. Of course, without sex, the world goes nuts... Kept apart in separate neighborhoods, boys and girls form gangs that battle in the streets and underground dance clubs.
I first heard about Urbance in early 2013. I think it's fair to say I am as excited today as I was then. I don't have time to give this the amount of fanboy slobbering it deserves, so I recommend you just CLICK HERE to go back URBANCE on Kickstarter so we can all have this cartoon in our lives.

Merci,

Samax Amen draws people, places and things for fun and profit. He is the artist of many great comics you never heard of like Herman Heed, Champion of Children, The Brother and The World As You Know It. He even writes and draws his own comics, like Dare: The Adventures of Darius Davidson, Spontaneous, and Manchild when he gets around to it. Because making comics is hard and stuff, he started GhettoManga as a blog in 2006 and as a print magazine in 2008.
