OGN Preview: The Many Adventures of Miranda Mercury: Time Runs Out

 I can't remember when I bought The Many Adventures of Miranda Mercury #295, but what I CAN remember is that my first reaction to it was pure jealousy! Brandon Thomas and Lee Ferguson perfectly crafted a sci-fi superhero tale that felt ground-breaking and nostalgic at the same time, starring a who's looks just like my sister Carla, and just happens to be the greatest hero in the universe. Damn. Why didn't I think of that...
Anyways, I never was able to track down #236, but now the whole (?) story is getting collected in a 175 page Hardcover and here's a MASSIVE preview for you!

heroes that look like us. that's all we want. as it turns out, i just been in the wrong dimension, because my sister Carla has apparently been saving the universe for 294 issues. or at least, someone who looks just like her, according to The Many Adventures of Miranda Mercury #295, which stars "the greatest adventurer in this or any other galaxy"... resemblance to my sibling notwithstanding, Mercury is a Flash Gordon/Indiana Jones hybrid in a space-worthy midriff. unfortunately, we're not able to get the back issues due to some kinda inter dimensional laws (freakin' diamond!), but we can still keep up from here! peep a preview of the adventures of Miranda and her trusty blonde sidekick Jack Warning (the Boy with the Golden Brain!) over at MirandaMercury.com
