 Here's another preview of the late Steve Gerber's final Man-Thing story, illustrated by Kevin Nowlan with a cover by Arthur Adams.

PREVIEW- Infernal Man-Thing #1 by Steve Gerber & Kevin Nowlan

Although Marvel's unfortunately named swamp-dwelling monster the Man-Thing was created by Stan Lee, Roy Thomas, Gerry Conway and artist Gray Morrow, he is probably most associated with the late horror and superhero scribe Steve Gerber. After writing the character in 39 issues of the horror magazine Adventure Into Fear and subsequent series and guest appearances, Gerber also wrote Man-Thing:  Screenplay of the Living Dead Man, a graphic novel illustrated by Kevin Nowlan. Gerber did not live to see it published, having passed in 2008. Part one of the story is dropping this week as the first issue of The Infernal Man-Thing...

KICKSTART THIS- "Sullivan's Sluggers" by Mark Andrew Smith & James Stokoe

Unlike our's, Mark Andrew Smith and James Stokoe's Kickstarter campaign  for their baseball horror graphic novel Sullivan's Sluggers doesn't need you. Sure, when I checked the link for it and put in my little $30 pledge, they had already raised something like 450 bucks of their $6,000 goal. By the time I got home from work, got my three year old fed, bathed and in the bed and sat down at my computer to drop this blog about it, it was at over $16,000 (a little less than three times the goal for those keeping score at home). So I know they don't need me to promote it, or you to pledge on it. But what the hell? Let's do it anyways...

PREVIEW- Wet Moon Volume 6 by Ross Campbell (MAD SPOILERS!!!)

To make up for the delayed release of the sixth volume of his girl-infested slice-of-life(ish) graphic novel series Wet Moon, Ross Campbell is leaking pages periodically on his blog, but if this preview will give away the cliffhanger ending of volume 5, so don't cry to me about spoilers if you decide (of your own free will to peep the preview below!

BegBorrowSteal #192- "Robot13: Colossus" trade paperback

Okay, I just resisted my obvious robophobic urges and put in a pledge on Kickstarter for Blacklist Studios' fundraiser for the Robot13: Colossus Trade Paperback. Yeah, it's THAT good! In case you've never read it, the Robot13 comic is a proud contributor to the "monster-killer in monster's clothing" genre popularized by the likes of Blade and Hellboy. And since I'm one of the cool kids, you should follow my lead and do it too. 
Or just do it because Robot13 is awesome. Either way...

Z-girl is an unkillable bad-ass in command of a quartet self-reincarnating soldiers charged to protect the world from things that go bump in the night. Looks preeeetty dope...
