I know him mostly as an accomplished indy cartoonist and illustrator, but my dude Elihu Adofo Bey has been making music for as long as I've known him. He has contributed to GhettoManga more than once, I even have a book he drew in my library, but I don't think I've ever actually bought a record from him, though.

That changed today.

One of my favorite illustrators, New Jersey to ATL transplant GoldiGold executive produced and smashed the illustrations for this new beat tape Sharks In The Golden Pond by School of Sharks producer the mighty Lex Boogie from the Bronx. I could not be more excited to see this pairing of super-prolific and talented art monsters! Listen to the fruits below...

Salem Psalms/Jayforce presents "BEATZ+LYRICS 2 Go Vol 2"

I was invited to do artwork on the new Salem Psalms/Jayforce collabo Beatz + Lyrics 2 Go joint, but unfortunately, I didn't manage to find the time (stop laughing! I'm BUSY dammit!). But that is not a reflection on how ILL it is... Cause they have their priorities together and stuff, my dudes Flux, Goldi, DTM and lots of other dope drawing machines (shout out to the non-dude Lana Andrade) got down on the singles featuring the likes of Clan Destined, Lex Boogie from the BX, StaHHr, BINKIS Recs, Headkrack, Boog Brown, Arablak, Methuzulah, and more.
