I See A Long Hot Summer Coming

Hey fam, In case you didn't already know, I'm a semi-professional hip hop fan.  One of my favorite rappers ever is Yasiin Bey, better known as the mighty Mos Def.  I was listening to music earlier when his song Auditorium (featuring Slick Rick, but that's a whole 'nother blog post) popped up. Mos Def Song: Auditorium (feat. Slick Rick) Album: The Ecstatic  Mos is so cool he could read the dictionary to the beat and I would pro'lly like it... But as it turns out, he gets deep on this joint with one of my favorite lyrics from this album: So me being me, I could not resist making a teeshirt graphic out of it.  I've been putting designs on the print-on-demand site Teepublic lately, so let's keep it going. Like many artists, I can be excessively emotional at times like these.  Contributing my talent to causes that are working to make the situation better... On my break from some client work, I came back and drew this.  Temperatures have been in the high nineties here in Texas, so that Mos Def lyric conjured an image of an angry sun letting everyone know that the Struggle is real.
