For those with the inability to appreciate the immaculate virginity of pre-production inked pages, peep the same pages after Jordie Bellaire adds some fresh colors to the mix...
Dope. I remember being introduced to Mike's work by my dude Jamar, and it has been a pleasure to watch him methodically climb up the comics food chain to land art chores on one of Marvel's most popular characters. With the inevitable DEADPOOL feature film, Mike will be a household name before you know it!
It always makes me feel good to watch a talented, professional and hard-working artist get his due. I have been sounding the alarm about Mike's work for a long time, and I'm encouraged to see his stock continue to rise! This is only the beginning...
Anyways, DEADPOOL #38 comes out the first week of December.

Samax Amen draws people, places and things for fun and profit. He is the artist of many great comics you never heard of like Herman Heed, Champion of Children, The Brother and The World As You Know It. He even writes and draws his own comics, like Dare: The Adventures of Darius Davidson, Spontaneous, and Manchild when he gets around to it. Because making comics is hard and stuff, he started GhettoManga as a blog in 2006 and as a print magazine in 2008.
