In another bit of shocking news that should shock no one, Trump got everybody bent out of shape this week by backing the U.S. out of the Paris Accord, Obama's signature climate change agreement. Ultimately what this means is that individual city and state governments will introduce strong climate change laws, and big businesses will move around trying to beat the system. It isn't purely partisan either. Ask Republican Terminator and former Killifornia Governor with a heart of gold, Arnold Schwarzenegger:
