Guy A. Sims, Dawud Anyabile and Brian McGee are getting their dream team on if this video is any indication of the level of post-medicinal dope we can expect from their upcoming original graphic novel Brotherman: Revelations...
I don't even have time to learn you young'uns how important Brotherman is to the Black Comix Sphere of cartoonists you take for granted, but you can believe me when I tell you that Brotherman is a Watchmen/ Dark Knight Returns / Daredevil: Born Again type of a big deal. Corporate pitchmen would call it a Game Changer. As I have said before, without Brotherman, there would be no GhettoManga.
Respect. So, yeah... Big City entertainment is doing big t'ing on some Soon Come type isht. CLICK HERE to hit up their website for more info.
Everything's gonna be alright.
Peace,
-samax
Samax Amen draws people, places and things for fun and profit. He is the artist of many great comics you never heard of like Herman Heed, Champion of Children, The Brother and The World As You Know It. He even writes and draws his own comics, like Dare: The Adventures of Darius Davidson, Spontaneous, and Manchild when he gets around to it. Because making comics is hard and stuff, he started GhettoManga as a blog in 2006 and as a print magazine in 2008.
