Long Live Radio Raheem by Goldi Gold |
Veteran independant filmmaker, educator and activist Spike Lee is using Kickstarter to raise money for his new film. That's great all by itself, but I was really excited to see that my favorite ATLien illustrator and art activist GoldiGold had got in on the act:
Spike is offering two super-limited prints of Goldi's Long Live Radio Raheem (only one left) for $300 each and one Spike Joint print for $500.

If you can't afford to cop Goldi's prints, Spike has raided his vaults to offer lots of cheaper memorabilia to score cool points in the hood. So click here to see what he's got. But be quick about it, the campaign ends August 21st. As of right now, he's less than 120K from the goal. That sounds like a lot, but he's already secured $1,133,870 in pledges.
