I'm really excited about the creative team on The Crossing. In particular co-writer Robert Jeffrey II and up and coming artist Sean Hill.  People often comment on my ability to scout talent on the rise, so I suggest you keep an eye on both of these dudes.

I had a chance to work with The Crossing's publisher 133Art a couple times in the past. Won a Glyph Award for One Nation Safehouse, and was nominated for another on Kid Carvers.  133Art is a top-notch independent publisher and does their own printing as well.  133Art always handles their business internally and externally. They also know how to find, collaborate with, and take care of talent.  So backing their comics is a good bet if you love the medium.
