It's interesting that the future of literature could mimic, in some ways, the southern hip-hop market. Hmm, is that good or bad? I guess it depends on what creative models wind up dominating. We'll see.
like with hip hop, i figure it's fine. it allows everyone to get served, not just who the expert SAYS should get served.
if it produces crap, oh well... there will still continue to be "good" stuff. you will just have to find it yourself.
