#nowPlaying "Smoke & Mirrors" by P.A.T.

I heard this song Smoke & Mirrors thanks to my brother Al Cayne's post on SugarCayne.com. This joint is by Fort Worth emcee and fighter jet mechanic Patrick Barnett (aka P.A.T.), and takes a shot at the bullshit image of rap promoted by corporate radio and television. Bravo...

Like many metropolitan areas, the Dallas-Fort Worth area is crawling with dope musicians, and I'm always happy to be introduced to new grass-roots, thought-provoking hip hop, especially when it's coming from right here in my back yard. For more info and music from P.A.T. click here.
