Maybe I stand corrected, but I always thought DEATHLOK was black?!

i thought so too... but then, i thought DESTRO was black, too...

Actually the original Deathlok was black. And from Detroit if memory serves. He play a prominent role in Dwayne McDuffie's Beyond mini-series a few years back. This new Deathlok appears set in some future divergent Marvel timeline or something. The first issue read like a novel written in expository dialogue.

Tell me about it. He wasn't even in the first issue and when I flipped through the second he was barely in it near the end. Disappointing...
